PL Cascade Glue Tank: for supplying glue for paper plies, one consist part of spiral winding machine; Glue unit, gluing device.

l  The glue system ply number depends on paper and paper  tube/ core wall thickness, generally 420GSM= 0.6mm thickness/ ply; including web tension pneumatic-controlling device and glue nozzle for each ply;

l  Single or double side glueing for paper plies;

l  Including web tension controlling device and nozzle for each ply;

l  Including a large tank, glue membrane pump with valves;

l  Special design of scraper thread to even the glue spread and adjust the glue flow quantity to ensure paper plies be stick well. 

l  Dynamo-electric adjust the position, easy and convenient.

l  Heat booster (Options, upgrade)
